So we need to get to know the material of your polisher, the selected product and rotating speed to find out the specific reason.

4、Question: the product’s wear resistance is reduced and some blocks come off during polishing, what’s the reason?
      Answer: When did you order the goods? 8、Question: The grinding surface is subject to clotting after certain time of polishing and grinding, which requires continuous coping, what’s the reason?
      Answer: it may be because that there are oil stains on the surface of work pieces, resulting in blocking by fragments contacting the wheels. In this case, continuous coping is necessary. Or the selected wheel is at excessive large grain size, you should select much finer product.

9、 Question: After the wheel is installed on the machine, it can not work and become hot in stead, what’s the reason?
      Answer: The wheel you selected is weak in grinding force. Please use the product with stronger grinding force.

10、Question: During polishing, there is large quantity of dust, sands are easy to drop off, nylon yarn is easy to break and is fast to use up and the wear resistance is reduced, what’s the reason?
      Answer: It probably lies in the raw materials. Please change it at the dealer place; after the dealer has responded it to our company, we will contact raw material supplier for solution. 

11、Question: There are no sands in the product, and product is just like a cotton ball, hence it is difficult to achieve line effect on the work piece, what’s the reason?
      Answer: It may be because that the product is too fine or product sand content is insufficient. Please contact your dealer for change.

12、Question: The product wire drawing is not fast and sharp, what’s the reason? 
      Answer: The reason is probably that the product is affected with damp under the influence of humidity and temperature in the production or working temperature. Please have the product well protected from moisture during storage and use

13、Question: The straight lines drawn by the product is intermittent, what’s the reason?
      Answer: Probably the sand content is not even; please contact your dealer for change.

14、Question: The exterior layer of sand on the product become fuzz and even there are no sands when the polishing reaches to the inner layer, and what’s the reason?
      Answer: There are many reasons: excessive fine abrasives, excessive rough work piece surface; insufficient wheel sand content; poor adhesion between sands and fiber. In this case please contract your local dealer to deliver samples to our company for analysis..
