I. Pre-sale service
1. Recommend you suitable products and provide free samples for testing (please apply for free samples)
2. Provide you professional consultation for free and reasonable quotation
3. Analyze samples for free and provide similar products
4. Provide you customized products, including specification, size, product printing and inner and outer package.

II. After-sale service
1. Our products are subject to quality warranty. If you have found any quality defects with the product, we will unconditionally have the product returned or replaced with freight as our expense (please call 0579-82348627 for details)
2. If you find that the ordered common products turn to be unsalable within 30 days upon receipt (based on the receipt date of forwarder company), and the product package is at sound condition and not damaged, we will change the product according to your requirements with corresponding freight at your own expense.
